Invitation to Participate - Attract financing through alternative investment instruments: What you need to know

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

The EBRD Investment Council of Armenia invites you to participate in the event “Attract Financing through Alternative Investment Instruments: What You Need to Know”, taking place on September 16 at the Best Western Plus Congress Hotel, Yerevan.

During the event, several reforms related to the IT sector will be presented, aimed at helping startups attract financing, including:

• SAFE agreements
• Convertible Note – debt that can be converted into equity
• Crowdfunding investments – when multiple investors can invest small amounts into your startup
• and more.

In the second part of the event, issues related to existing IT tax incentives will be mapped, with the purpose of submitting them to the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for further discussion.
